Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your a45a.com account, or any service provided through the Platform shall first be submitted to a45a.com's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. a45a.com will endeavor to resolve disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint submission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through a45a.com's internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section shall limit a Member's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection or data privacy law.

a45a.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a45a.com will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Display a notification within the Platform or send a notification to registered Members' email addresses where the changes are material to their rights or obligations.

Continued use of the a45a.com Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
